SPECIAL DAYS EVERY YEAR
Back to School Family Night
During the week before school starts, Bdote families come together for a meal and to meet up with friends and greet newcomers, bring school supplies to classrooms and meet teachers.
First Day of School
For 2017 - 2018 this is August 09, we will be welcoming back all returning students and new students, in an all school circle time and ceremony.
We will have quarterly family nights. All families and staff will get together to share a meal, get further acquainted, and play together in on the school grounds. This is a wonderful occasion for students to mix it up, and for families and teachers to talk about classrooms and to socialize.
During conferences teachers and parents will meet to discuss detailed narratives about each child—to do with assessment, strategies, aspirations—that spark conversation with parents.
End of Year Celebration
During the last week of school we will be planning a celebration. Watch for details!
